Understanding Gender: A Natural Perspective
In today's society, there is ongoing dialogue about gender and identity. While we recognize the diversity of opinions and the complexity of the topic, our stance is rooted in the laws of nature: There are two genders in this world.
The Natural Laws of Gender
- Females: If you are born as a female, you are a female for life. No matter what changes you make to your body, how you dress, or how you choose to express yourself, your biological and natural identity as a female remains unchanged.
- Males: If you are born as a male, you are a male for life. Similarly, no alteration to your body, clothing, or presentation can change your natural and biological identity as a male.
Clarifying Terminology
While modern terminology has introduced numerous concepts surrounding gender, we believe in a straightforward understanding grounded in biology. However, we acknowledge the need to clarify these terms as they are widely used in society today:
- Transgender: An umbrella term for individuals whose gender identity differs from their biological sex at birth. Despite their identification, we maintain that biology determines gender.
- Transvestite/Cross-Dresser (TV): Refers to individuals who wear clothing associated with the opposite gender for expression or performance. This is an external choice of attire and does not alter biological identity.
- Transsexual (TS): Refers to individuals who pursue medical interventions to align their appearance with their gender identity. However, we assert that biological sex remains unchanged, regardless of such modifications.
- Non-Binary (NB) and Other Identities: Terms like non-binary, genderfluid, and Two-Spirit describe identities outside the traditional male-female binary. While these reflect personal feelings or cultural roles, we hold that biological sex is immutable and defined by nature.
TV/TS Category Requirement
TV/TS persons are only permitted to advertise in the TV/TS category.
Even if you have legally changed your gender and your government-issued identification reflects this change, you must still place your ad in the TV/TS category. Advertising in any other category is not allowed.
Our Legal Position
We accept that you may now call yourself a man or a woman based on your government-issued ID, and we respect that legal status.
However, this does not change the requirement that your advertisement must be listed in the TV/TS category on our website.
Our Belief
We understand the complexity of individual experiences and expressions, but we firmly believe that gender is defined at birth and is unchangeable.
